1. Every state. All 50, in 13 weeks.
2. A workout in every one — whatever's on their whiteboard. I don't pick.
3. The coach's challenge. Win or lose, it's on the record.

I moved here from Ethiopia in 2013 and I've wanted to see this country ever since. This is how I'm doing it.
